Wayfinding is the art of finding one's way without a fixed map. You read what's in front of you, you follow what calls, and you make the path by walking it. This is the premise of my Wayfinder zine.
Wayfinder is my original art, sharing what I find along the way as an artist. Each month I fill the pages with the hmms and ahas of a practice in motion: a technique, a pattern, a color; a perspective I hadn't considered before; a moment of beauty I almost walked past.
There's something about unfinished work, seen while it's still in process, that lands differently than a finished piece behind glass. If you want to watch a practice actually get built, one edition at a time, that's what this is.
Each edition is its own object, made to be used and collected. Month by month they gather into a small library of your own, a record of where curiosity led.
