Terms and Conditions

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to make a purchase.

Your subscription renews automatically every month at the price shown at checkout, charged to the payment method you provide, until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge that payment method each month.

If we ever change the price of your subscription, we will email you before the new price applies to you, and you can cancel before it takes effect.

If a monthly payment can't be collected, your subscription may end, and issues stop mailing until you subscribe again.

You can cancel anytime, online, without contacting us. Use the Manage Subscription link at arttrekker.com, or the link in your receipt email. Enter the email address you used at checkout, and a secure login link arrives by email.

Canceling stops your next charge. You will still receive the issue you've already paid for. There are no partial refunds for the current month.

Unsubscribing from our emails does not cancel your subscription. Please use Manage Subscription to cancel.

Subscriptions mail once a month to all active subscribers as regular mail, with no tracking, straight to your mailbox. Shipping is included in your subscription price. Delivery times vary with postal service.

International subscriptions are available to the countries shown at checkout. Any customs or import fees charged by your country are your responsibility.

Please make sure your mailing address is complete and correct. If you move, email studio@arttrekker.com with your new address before your next issue mails. We can't be responsible for issues sent to an address that was entered incorrectly or not updated.

Refunds follow the Shop Policies at arttrekker.com/shop-policies. If something goes wrong with your order, please email us first. We would much rather fix it with you directly.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. You agree to provide accurate payment and contact details and to keep them current.

Sales tax is applied where required by law.

We may decline or cancel any order at our discretion. If we do, we will refund what you paid for that order.

If you have a problem with a charge, please contact us at studio@arttrekker.com before filing a dispute with your bank. If a dispute is filed, we may share your order details, these terms, and the Shop Policies with the payment processor reviewing it.

Everything in our publications, including artwork, writing, photographs, and design, belongs to Artmuse LLC or to the artists and contributors who created it. Featured artists keep the copyright to their own work.

Your purchase is for your personal enjoyment. You're welcome to photograph your copy and share it on social media, and we'd love a mention of Art Trekker when you do. Please don't copy, scan, reprint, resell, or distribute the contents, in whole or in part, without our written permission. To ask, email studio@arttrekker.com.

Art Trekker, Open Studio, Backroads, and Wayfinder are trademarks of Artmuse LLC.

We collect your name, email address, and mailing address to process your payment, mail your subscription, and send you emails about it. Email is handled through Flodesk and payments through Stripe. We do not sell your information. See the Your Information section of the Shop Policies for details.

If you send us a note, photo, or other message, we will not share it publicly without asking you first.

Our publications are offered for inspiration, enjoyment, and education. Nothing in them is professional, medical, legal, or financial advice.

OUR PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

We rely on third-party services, including Stripe, Flodesk, and the postal service, to take payments, send email, and deliver your subscription. You agree to hold us and Flodesk, Inc. harmless from claims arising from a technology failure outside our control, except in cases of gross negligence.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your purchase or use of our products. Our total liability for any claim related to your subscription is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

You agree to cover any losses we incur as a result of your copying, reselling, or distributing our content in violation of these terms.

If a disagreement comes up, please email us first so we can try to resolve it in good faith. If that doesn't work, we both agree to try mediation before filing a lawsuit.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any legal action will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. If we make a change that materially affects active subscribers, we will email you before it takes effect.

These terms, together with the Shop Policies at arttrekker.com/shop-policies, are the full agreement between you and Artmuse LLC for your purchase. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
